Livenature provides wardrobe consulting services. As services are delivered upon completion of consultations, refunds are available only under specific circumstances outlined in this policy. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services.
If you cancel your consultation at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
We strive to provide exceptional wardrobe consulting services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days of the service date to discuss your concerns.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
