Service Refunds

Livenature provides wardrobe consulting services. As services are delivered upon completion of consultations, refunds are available only under specific circumstances outlined in this policy. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel your consultation at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
